We have 1 Private Villa with 1 AC Master Bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 Living Room and 1 AC Bedroom with Common Bathroom. Attached balconies for every room. Double bed in each room. Huge Gallary attached to living area with scenic view of back water and sunset where you can sit and relax and enjoy your food. Huge free space in front of villa to play out door games, Yoga, Morning Walk etc.

"The villa was equipped with excellent amenities, including indoor games like carrom, dartboards, and playing cards, as well as outdoor games and a karaoke music system. My best friend and I had an absolute blast! What struck me as unique was the villa's construction using natural laterite stone, which lent a distinctive red hue to the property. The food was delicious, hygienic, and authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. The menu was simple yet satisfying. The views of the Koyna backwaters and sunset, coupled with the morning fog rolling over the water, were nothing short of breathtaking. I would love to visit again! Special thanks to our caretaker, Yuvraj, and the chef for making our stay truly unforgettable."
